The first great impression was the friendly staff (owners?) who greeted us at the enterance of an impeccably clean lobby. The room was following the same standard of cleanliness I haven't seen anywhere else, along with a seaview! The beach Kavatsite was just a stonetoss away, and the location was just perfect because it was in a very quiet part- but not very far from the main city/street which was a pleasant walk away. Their pool kept the same standard as well - 10/10. I could go on, but I'll wrap it up by saying it has definitely been the best value for the money stay I have experienced so far anywhere in the world..!

We really enjoyed our time at the property. We had a direct sea view room with a balcony, the views are gorgeous. The room was clean, spacious with modern furnishings. The shower was amazing with a large amount of water throughput. We really liked the white and clean styling of the entire hotel, it is very calming and feels luxurious. The breakfast was tasty, a mixture of cheeses, salami, eggs, vegetables, croissants etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The communal area is very functional yet looks fantastic with the swimming pool in the background. We will be back.

The staff was very friendly. The place is spotless, and modern and our room had a sea view. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is an option to pay a little money for a parking space right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff doesn't bother you at all while inside the room. When you leave, they just ask which room you're from so that they can clean it if we don't mind. Overall, the user experience is perfect. There is also a small restaurant that has breakfast in the morning and you can take coffee, fresh or other drink from there throughout the whole day. The price was one of the best for the town, which is quite surprising provided that the hotel offers high-quality rooms, services and also has a pool.

Great, great and great! Hotel is only few minutes walking distance to the Central beach and the Old Town of Sozopol. Cleanliness is a must, room and common spaces are perfect. Breakfast it wasn’t included but you can get italian coffee (Lavazza) and croissants and juice from the bar, just asking! Dimcho and his wife, the owners, are more than friendly and helpful and will help for any kind of inquiries. Definitely a place to return to!

    It had everything you might need, it was clean and comfortable. Amazing terrace, quiet place for relaxing and having your well-deserved holidays. The swimming pool and kids corner is another bonus! Overall, we (4 adults, 1 child) were very content and happy with our vacation. The hosts are very kind, quick to contact and reply. Highly recommended.
