    It’s a really nice hostel, with beautiful outdoor space and a pool. It’s perfectly located in the old part of town in possibly the prettiest street in Sao Joao! It’s very nicely renovated, beds were super comfortable and you could actually sit on a bottom bunkbed! Dorm where I stayed was very spacious as well. Breakfast was AMAZING! Such a big selection! And the Volunteers were the nicest people ever! Highly recommended!!!

    Great attention paid to breakfast. Pousada grounds & pool area clean and well maintained. Had a car so getting around the tourist sites was easy. Just a lovely place to relax and recharge at.

    This is a lovely posouda. It is very clean, well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, the environment is very pleasant, the staff are lovely and the breakfast was excellent. The patio area around the pool is very pleasant. Unlike far too many places I have stayed in in Brazil, it is true value for money. The only downside is it is a long distance from cafes, restaurants and Sao Joao Del Rei, so a car is essential.
