The hotel is modern, with great facilities, including a very well equipped gym and a nice SPA. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated (we stayed in 2.501 suite with mountain view). The mattress was of top quality. There are three restaurants in the hotel, we went to two of them (the Caesar Ritz and Del Ponte) and always enjoyed the meals, which were both tasty and creative. Notwithstanding, what we enjoyed the most was the service throughout. It was just exceptional. Ladies at the reception, waiters in the restaurants, hotel car drivers and room cleaning ladies, all made our stay memorable, and we are immensely thankful to them for such a great job. It is not so common. We would full heartedly recommend this hotel and hope to visit it again soon.

The honeycomb at the breakfast just so good!; then being able to go out in the afternoon while the hotel provided facilities for late check out and keeping the ski staff in the ski room, this helped us to have full use of the day! My daughter just loved the message found in the bathroom "save the snowflakes"!

The hotel is located within the main tourist area. Its a very beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wellness spa is beyond my expectation. Just wonderful. No words to explain. Its close to the train up the mountain. Its just gorgeous. Worth every penny.

It is nice new apartmenthotel with perfect location just few steps from train station and also from station of the Gornergrat railway. The room was very clean and spacious including also small but practical kitchenette. Breakfast was great. The welness area has 3 saunas, it was exeptionnaly clean and the water temperature in pool was 34°C - it was just amazing after the ski day.

The Zermatt Budget Rooms are underground and come with free WiFi and TV, a 5-minute walk away from the Sunnegga Cable Car and the Glacier Express.

The rooms have their own green terrace. It's part of the hotel with free access to the wellness area. There is a family space in the wellness which allows one parent to enjoy the adult area while the other stays with the child. It's equipped with toys and also small space with a little play kitchen and seats. The restaurant Hornex has the play area, so you can enjoy meal while your little one plays.
