The apartment is new and clean and super safe. The host made her best for our comfort. We asked to have heaters adjusted to higher degree and it was set for us. We got free car park. The host is very responsive.

The Hotel was perfect after coming back from the W-track. The breakfast was really good and they had a lot of food options. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were vary spacious and clean. It’s a a couple of minutes outside of puerto natales but still very easy to reach (either walking or by taxi). Additionally they have a nice spa. I 100% recommend the hotel.
