THE STAFF WERE SO AMAZING AT THIS HOTEL. All of the staff made my family and i feel so welcomed, comfortable and overall cared for. It felt like they were family or old friends that we had known for years and they did absolutely everything they could to help us all while being super warm and kind. The facilities were also great, the kids loved the pool and sports area, and the breakfast every morning was always super delicious! I would like to thank the staff Hugo, Sully, Carlito and Alberto for the exceptional service they provided us during our stay. We cannot wait to come back and stay at the Grand Cru Boutique again, we would choose this place over anywhere else!

I couldn't recommend Hotel El Molino enough. The owners/staff are incredibly welcoming and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Moreover, the pool and terrace space at the hotel are fantastic and we made great use of them. Some very minor points of improvement, such as possibly adding a buzzer at the gate to use on arrival (there's currently only a phone number to get in), but overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything was perfect but the staff were all delightful! They could not have been more helpful! When we checked out at 7.00 am yesterday before breakfast, with a two hour drive to Santiago ahead of us, a special breakfast tray had been delivered to our room, laden with fruit, yogurt, tea and sandwiches to send us off with a full stomach! So thoughtful! We enjoyed the hot tub and a relaxing massage during our visit too.

Wonderful B&B in Santa Cruz. Beautiful room with large bathroom and cute private patio. Lovely swimming pool and outside area. In a good location on a quiet street a block from the bus station. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Clean and nicely decorated room. Garden and swimming pool area is well maintained. The bed is comfortable and shower is great. Quite and the breakfast was excellent!! We arrived by bus from Santiago and mostly walked or used Uber to explore different vineyards and restaurants. The location was perfect for that.

An outstanding intimate boutique hotel with a handful of pods scattered amongst the vineyards. Beautiful swimming pool and 2 jacuzzis. Lunch at the restaurant Rayeula is a must. Breakfast is served in the coffee shop

The place is fantastic, beautiful gardens, nice swimming pool and as a back yard a vineyard that you can walk. The rooms are also very nice. But what is also unforgettable, is the Team that give the most friendly and customer driven attention. I am very sorry that I don’t remember their names, but from the team at the reception, the ladies that get your room done, the team at the breakfast and serving at the gardens, all of them so friendly!! I would give them a 10/10!!
