The property is in a beautiful location on a hill surrounded by nature. It is really quiet and you can hear the birds and monkeys from your room. We stayed in the tent which was really comfortable with a shared bathroom. Everything was very clean. The food was amazing and there are so many activities such as massage, spa and tours. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful place.

We came for the birding and it certainly did not disappoint! Loved the refreshing pool, trails, flora & fauna, and the stunning views of the volcano and lake. Our room had a spectacular view of Lake Arenal which was framed by a large magnificent tree. No tiring of the changing views everywhere.

The Gardens and birdlife were amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was so delicious, and the complimentary breakfast was exceptional. The jacuzzis were beautifully relaxing, and pool was sparkling clean. The distance from town is several km and a steep walk up hill on your way back, so we hired a scooter to get around, which was good. The bed was comfortable. Amazing open air shower, and a lovely deck off of the room which looked out into the rainforest and gardens.

We didn't really know what to expect from this hotel and we were a bit nervous if it is going to be good. The hotel was incredible! Beautiful... great surroundings and our view was magnificent. The rooms were very good, clean and big. The staff was super nice and the whole hotel was amazing.

    The place has an absolutely stunning panorama and you can spot wild life everywhere. There is a nice patio and pool and staff are friendly and helpful. The size of the room and especially the bathroom was very good and I really loved the breakfast.

    We have been blown away by their masseur, we got one our best massage experiences ever. Our villa was huge with an amazing view on the lake. Restaurant downhill is a bit pricey but high quality food and staff is really helpful. The swimming pool also has an amazing view on the lake. Even though the hotel is isolated, this was probably our favorite one from our trip.

    An amazing place in the heart of the Jungle. Toucans and hummingbirds wake us up. A swimming pool in a paradise garden, a jacuzzi and all this with a view of the Arenal volcano. Great staff, delicious vegetarian food. We recommend it wholeheartedly. Child-friendly.

    We were really happy to spend two days here. The room has a splendid view, the swimming pool also. The restaurant 2 mins walk from our room was fantastic. Far from the chaotic Fortuna, but close to every 'must see and live' in the same time. We really appreciate everything, we hope to come back one day!
