Beautiful place and really quiet. The staff is very welcoming and makes you feel like home. Provided breakfast is a wide assortment of foods in a buffet style. Dinner service needs to be reserved separately but provided food is exceptionally well made and tasty, the steak was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. The resort includes daily access to spa, which offers 2 pools and different saunas and steam rooms. So anyone can find something they like.

Despina’s and Steve’s country retreat is a wonderful place to relax and recharge. The room was really cozy, spotless and the breakfast was amazing. The highlights for us were the green surroundings, the spacious outdoor area, the pool, and of course Despina and Steve and their 2 dogs and cats - we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

We stayed at this accommodation in October as a group of five, and we were very impressed by how beautiful the place was. The accommodation offered private parking, a nice terrace, and access to a very clean pool that belonged to the complex. The sandy beach was just a 15-minute walk away, which was a great bonus. The conditions were exactly to our liking, especially because the location was quiet. A pleasant touch was the presence of the playful and friendly cats belonging to the neighbors. I highly recommend this place!

The agent was very responsive and helpful to all my messages. As we had asked well in advance of us staying we were allowed a late checkout time which was really appreciated. Finding the apartment on Google Maps and Waze navigation app was straightforward. It was very dark when we arrived so had to get out the car to look for the apartment but this did not take long at all. We loved the ease of collecting key from secure box outside front door on arrival. The apartment was very spacious for our needs and clean throughout. Air conditioning was excellent throughout the apartment and in the main we had everything we needed. Our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely recommend staying here.

The house is really nice and beautifully decorated. The terrace is great for having a meal and relax next to the pool. The owner was approachable and pleasant. There is available parking on the street right next to the house. The house is located in a very nice region. We really enjoyed our stay in this place and recommend it if you travel in a group.

Brilliant accommodation at complex and fantastic service from reception. Liz (the senior junior) on reception was so helpful and informative about the complex and the area. Nothing was too much trouble, she even arranged to print out our tickets for our return journey. Everything was so clean and well kept, cleaners and gardeners were busy keeping everything immaculate. Will definitely stay here again.

    The surroundings were beautiful. The villa is located in a quiet area where you can really relax and enjoy your stay. Easy access to Paphos and shops. The pool was spacious, very clean, and the patio area was perfect for having family meals. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Great communication with the owners. Cannot recommend this place enough.

    I love the view. Huge backyard is the most beautiful I have ever been. Swiming pool was the best part of vacation for out kids. Just you need to be careful cause it is very deep. I world like to go back there so time. Magic place.

    The villa is very spacious with all amenities for a very pleasant stay. Our host visited regularly to clean the pool and generally see that we had everything we needed. Chris was a lovely, lovely man, nothing too much trouble! Location perfect for a quiet stay away from the madding crowds. Thoroughly recommended for visitors to the environment centre (fab) and the ezousa valley flora and fauna.
