Polite and helpful personell. Room was tidy, clean, spacious, cleaned every day, nice bathroom, comfy beds and pillows, nice lights in the room. Breakfast was excellent - wide variety of food, tasty and enough. Very nice spa with the pool (which we like warmer, but for swimming is fine). Enough parking places in front of the hotel. Bad Sassendorf is a beautiful little town, with phenomenal therme and park.

A cozy hotel with comfortable rooms, an excellent variety of saunas, a cold plunge pool, and a large swimming pool. The breakfast was impressive, and the service was excellent. For dinner, there's a restaurant or a charming outdoor terrace with very good food.
