Amazing new hotel right on the water We took a chance on this new hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Everything is new, the pool is wonderful, tastefully decorated, and very helpful staff. The wifi was solid, which was great as on this remote Island often is is very slow. This allowed me to get some(not much;) work done. The sea life was such a special part for us as we enjoyed our cocktails by the pool in the afternoon. The staff let us know the restaurant is not open yet, but told us it will be in a couple of months. They do provide a great breakfast at the hotel across the street. The tours they recommended were excellent! Overall a great hotel that we would come back to on this beautiful Island. Thanks!Read Less Pool, cocktails, sea life, view, proximity to the pier and all Galapagos has to offer.

Great hotel in Santa Cruz - Galapagos which we can highly recommend. -The hotel was very clean. We had the biggest room, a Suite Deluxe (room name: "Isabela"), and had a nice view to the sea from our balcony which was big. There was also a whirlpool . The personal very nicely explained how the the whirlpool works. However, we could also tell them when we planned to go to the whirlpool in advance and they already prepared it to have it ready when we get to the room. The whirlpool was very clean. -The hotel is directly located at the sea and centrally. Going out from the hotel to the street you have a lot of delicious restaurants. As usual at Santa Cruz, you have to walk to the beaches since the hotels do not have direct access  to beaches. However, the closed, small, beach is only approx. 5 to 10 min by walk.  -The pool at the hotel is very clean and there is a bar. Furthermore, since the hotel has not many rooms, the pool is not crowded and thus is great for relaxing. -Once, while eating breakfast outside, a sea lion was sleeping in the sun at the hotel area. The sea lion came by himself from the sea. This was so nice and cute. -What we would especially like to point out is the personal. At first day, the hotel manager welcomed us and explained us everything. I had once a strong sunburn (I am a bit sensitive to the sun).  So, I called 02.00 am in the morning the hotel manager and he immediately came and organised a doctor. I really appreciated it and he was always very polite. Generally, all person at the hotel was  polite. -If we go to Canta Cruz again, we will definitely going back to this hotel.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. For those who aim to stay in the middle of the nature, is a good option. The breakfast was delicious with their own products. The staff were adorable and always willing to help. We saw amazing sunrises from there :)

Absolutely perfect boutique hotel. Recently renovated impeccable and spacious rooms. A cosy courtyard with a pool and little spaces to relax. The location is excellent few minutes walk to the pier of Puerto Ayora for all excursions, the closest to the walk to Tortuga bay and a lovely restaurant next door. Byron the manager was attentive to every request and accommodated all our requirements including a generous early check in and helped with all sorts of recommendations. A complimentary pick up is included and was perfectly organized. Really could not ask for a better place.

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and very helpful. One of a number of extra things they did was help us find a taxi van large enough for all 6 of us to go together to the airport. They even opened the breakfast area half an hour early for us on the morning we had to leave. We had a great time playing pool in the bar area and enjoyed the swimming pool as well. It was a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, where we could chill out, get drinks and refreshments after a long day on one of our amazing excursions.

The most amazing hotel. Stayed here with a group of friends. From the moment we checked in, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. The swimming pool area was outstanding, the photos don't do it justice. Breakfast was lovely, all the serving staff wore hair nets, which demonstrates the kind of standards maintained at this hotel. One of my most favourite hotels ever. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Our host, Ximena, was really friendly and very nice during our stay. She gave us a nice welcome, with lots of fruits and many things in the fridge. The place is really nice and cosy, with a relatively small, almost private, swimming pool, since there are not many guests (I think there are only 4 cottages). We did like the place very much.

The hotel is set in a lovely garden. There is a swimming pool and comfortable recliners. Drinks are available from the bar. Good place to chill out after sightseeing. Close to the main centre with shops and restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side but adequate. Breakfast is ok. Could have some more fruit available. Everything is served to the table in a small portion but you can have an omelette which will be cooked fresh for you.
