Property Excellent property . Clean , spacious and modern . Lovely garden and seating areas . Fantastic pool. Brilliant utility room which is great for a family . Overall 5 star . Location I have stayed all over menorca over the years and I think the area is a real hidden gem . Quiet and tranquil but has great bus service so you can be in cuitadella (beautiful old town with restaurants,bars, historic buildings etc) or Cala en Bosch ( marina , restaurants , bars, etc) literally in minutes. They are in walking distance but I travelled with my young family and it was very hot . Within a few minutes walk is a cluster of the best beaches menorca has to offer with 3 very good restaurants ( try the steakhouse next to the beach you won’t be disappointed) . Host The host Joan and his wife do live below , but don’t let that put you off . How the villa is set out you wouldn’t know he was there . He tends the pool and gardens daily ,early in the morning so doesn’t disturb anyone. I actually found him being there to be an asset. He took me to the supermarket on arrival and gave me a tour of the surrounding areas , showed me all the bus routes and booked me taxis when requested. Also when my daughter came home earlier than us 1 night and struggled to open the door , 1 quick message and he was there to help . So as I said an asset to have . To sum up great property, lovely location and fantastic host . I would definitely return.

Everything nice , great staff and nice breakfast! the room was quiet and comfortable! the location is literally amazing , very central and easy to reach ciutadella, the busses and of course the beach! Only thing that maybe need a bit of renovation is the bathroom, but nothing drastic!

Lovely delicious breakfast! Mrs Christina serving breakfast was like a joyful caring mother !!! We loved her. The room was incredible and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The gardens were delightful and tranquil. We spent a whole day on a sunbed practicing slow living and enjoying a nice Spanish siesta!!! Louis at the reception answered every question and was informed about history, agriculture cooking!!! And he even knew Greek. We enjoyed every minute with him.

Location I have stayed all over menorca over the years and I think the area is a real hidden gem . Unspoilt, scenic and quiet countryside location, near to local supermarket, restaurants and beaches. Spacious internal traditional style rooms accommodated our group of 11 extremely well. The outside garden to the front and rear are what provides this property it's greatest features and appeal for relaxing, entertaining and socialising. Special highlights include outdoor hammocks, spacious sitting and eating areas, swimming pool, onsite parking and plenty of space for kids to play. Overall a great location.

The complex was very good, with an excellent swimming pool area. The apartment was very well equipped. The beds were firm but surprisingly comfortable.There were some parking spaces provided and street parking also available very nearby.
