We were so lucky with this one. We usually book Los Cristianos area but the prices went up and the traffic and parking is just getting worse… Only a few days getaway from work and the privacy of this apartment is what we needed. The complex is quiet and clean, has a nice pool area too. Recently reformed place, everything clean and spacious for a studio apartment. Well equipped and nice touches made us feel welcome. We are definitely coming back to this one the next time. Bus station, shops are very close and its only 5 minutes far from the sea. Check in and communication with the owners are easy and helpful. 5*

A wonderful family hotel! The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping. The food was absolutely delicious — everything, from the ingredients to the baked goods, was always fresh and tasty. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The heated pool was perfect, even on cooler days, making swimming enjoyable no matter the weather. There were fun entertainment shows every day at the pool and in the restaurant in the evenings — we were never bored! The staff were very professional and efficient. The service in the restaurant was especially impressive — the waiters worked incredibly fast and managed to be everywhere at once. Everything ran like clockwork. The hotel is located a bit away from the city, so if you want to stroll along the promenade, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk. However, taxis in the city are very cheap — around €7 from the promenade to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and pleasant to sleep in. Unfortunately, the hotel has poor sound insulation. We often heard sirens from ambulances or police cars on the nearby road, as well as the noise of passing traffic. It’s possible our villa was too close to the road, and other accommodations might be better in terms of soundproofing. You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms — even people snoring! That said, it didn’t ruin our experience. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children!

This property is located in an area that we enjoy visiting. It is convenient for cafes and restaurants and has a good bus link to other areas. The apartment is very clean and well appointed and has a spacious terrace which gets the sun most of the day. The complex has its own swimming pool and child play area, which along with the other areas are all cleaned daily.

The property is located in Costa del Silencio an area that we a know and enjoy. The terrace is spacious and well equipped and enjoys the sun all day. The swimming pool was superb, very clean extremely well looked after. The complex is very well managed and kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

Good spot to travel around, away from the busy areas like Los Cristianos, but yet well connected with the TF-1 main highway and good access to the infrastructure. Place has authentic ambient and farm atmosphere with the banana plantation nearby and the stable with rescued horses (at the neighbour). Garden is beautiful and well maintained, also pool was very clean and nice. In February water is very cold but if day is very sunny, it is doable to submerge :) Rooms very cosy and good equiped kitchen.
