The host was the best: super kind and willing to help with anything. The pool was great for a chill time after spending the day walking around Manchester. His dogs are the sweetest and the vibes were perfect. I enjoyed some cool chats with other guests too. Also, the house is 10 min away from Heaton Park by car, and around 20 from Manchester city centre. There are bus stops, trains and supermarkets after a 5 min walk. I'd definitely do it again. Thanks for everything, Neil!

Fantastic!!! Beautiful hotel with great staff and a lovely restaurant with good food. Rooms are decorated with warm colors and really comfortable, big bed. Great location and spa! I recommend!!!!

The Staff was so very kind (even when I forgot to pay for the amazing Chocolate Dome and they gracefully reminded me later in the day) and made me feel like part of the family.
