From the moment you drive through the gates there is an immediate sense of calm. The entire stay was relaxing. Each staff member we came across was friendly, welcoming, kind and so helpful. the food was delicious. We stayed in basic twin room and I couldn’t believe how amazing it was. the room was spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful view. I can only imagine what an upgraded room would have been. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and cannot wait to return.

The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly and efficient. they really made us feel special at every touchpoint. The hotel is so quiet, in nature, really perfect to relax. All the food we had was delicious and they had a very large bar offer. The spa is great, hot spa pool, steam room, really good offer.

Doubletree by Hilton Chester is set in an 18th-century manor house with 12 acres of landscaped gardens. The hotel is just outside Chester, a 2-minute drive from the M53 motorway.

The Palm Restaurant is not only a beautiful setting but the Sunday carvery is the best I have had. The spa is luxurious and the treatments were excellent (I highly recommend Lillie).

Incredibly spacious room and bed with an excellent view towards racecourse and countryside. Lovely toiletries. Great location a short walk from bars, restaurants and town sights. We didn't use the gym on this location but looked in to pool from spa and it looked great.

The Mill Hotel and Spa is located alongside the Shropshire Union Canal, 5 minutes’ walk from Chester Station. It offers 5 eateries and a leisure centre with a pool.

The front desk staff was simply outstanding and caring. I was in Chester because my wife became ill on a holiday tour and the closest hospital to us was in Chester. I stayed 5 nights with you while she recovered at the hospital. The staff made me feel welcome and that they sympathized with my situation.

Really impressed with this hotel. Perfect size .. not overly large, so attention is personal. Breakfast was very tasty. Spa is fantastic … lovely pool, steam room, sauna & whirlpool, and great massages available. Staff were all super-helpful and cheerful. Setting is lovely put in the countryside but close enough to Chester for sightseeing and restaurants. Bathroom was huge. Just a lovely cozy and well-run hotel in a quiet green area. Already booked again!
