Fantastic place, clean, beautiful location & had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Lovely walks around, short walk to village pub with lot’s of board games. Great country side to explore & close to day trip into Oxford & Cotswold villages. Would stay here again.

Room very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. Stayed in hotel for a meal in the main restaurant food was excellent. In a quiet location away from the city of Oxford, just a short bus ride to the centre.

This is an exceptional hotel. It is a series of beautifully restored cotswold stone buildings that form a stunning, luxurious hotel within glorious gardens. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well equipped and the decor is pretty and stylish. We were given a room on the ground floor as we realised my husband could not manage the stairs to the bathroom in our first room and everything was done with no fuss. All the common rooms are stunning, you would not want to leave them! Fabulous Baa Bar. What truly made this trip though was the staff. Not only professional and very friendly, but enormously helpful and kind. Nothing was too much bother - Jasmine on Reception even offered to drive us to our dinner date in her own car! I would recommend Thyme unreservedly

Very classic English breakfast with great quality. Served hot and refilled promptly. It's worth mentioning the gym in particular, which is very professional. There is an aerobic area upstairs in the spa center, and next to the parking lot, there is a separate area (with both indoor and outdoor sections, and a natural lake where you can swim). Driving to the outlets is also very convenient. I feel like you could easily stay at the hotel for a few days, shop, play some sports, work out, and enjoy a spa treatment.
