Great staff. Lovely pool. Bar is nice. We booked the wrong dates on booking.com who said we couldn’t change but when we walked into the hotel on an off chance they let us change.

A sincere thanks to the staff and the receptionist that helped me so so much with a very difficult family visit. Everyone was so understanding and helpful when I needed very late taxi / and special requests. The breakfast staff were also fantastic and everytime I stay at the Mill it is just a great experience. The Spa area is also excellent and kept very clean with a lovely helpful lifeguard. Handsome also ...if I might add...... Will be back soon

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Got given an upgrade which was very welcomed. Room was clean and tidy .. Close to the canal. Restaurant was great for evening meal. And breakfast was delicious so much choice.
