Very peaceful and comfortable place. The owners are very friendly, helpful and wonderful people. They do everything to make the stay perfect. Very tasty breakfast. Lunch, wine, brandy, amazing barbecue dinner :) Beautifull garden full of fruits and artist stuff. We would stay again and we recommend.

Amazing place, about 800 m far from the central park but more greeny and calmly place than the city centre. Personal is so friendly, breakfast very rich and rooms quiet clean. I did not expect in west Georgia such good place for rest. Highly recommend to everyone!

We were greeted by a very warm and friendly environment, a beautiful view and a cozy cottage. We needed to decorate the cottage and they accommodated us with exquisite decorations without any problems. We had not ordered breakfast in advance, but when we arrived at the place, we agreed and were treated to an amazingly delicious breakfast. It was especially beautiful at night, fabulously lit.

Comfortable, clean, accessible (on a hill just beside the river) guest house in Kutaisi. Bonus points for free parking. Stayed in another guest house in Kutaisi the previous night for a similar price and we felt like this was better value for money.
