Everything was exceptionnel there ! The breakfast and the restaurant (the food was DELICIOUS and the STAFF was the BEST with us. Thank you all!) We loved this place so much, we came back just to have dinner a week later (even though we were not staying at the hotel anymore! :)) Thank you for everything ! This place is amazing : pool, staff, food, rooms... Very clean and beautifully decorated.

George was an excellent host. He met us at the villa in the beginning of our stay and answered all of our questions. He is totally uncomplicated and there, when you need him. Cleaning of the villa (incl. change of towels and bedsheets) is included. Tatjana, the cleaning lady, is a real treasure. She brought us cake on her birthday. The inside of the villa and the kitchen equipment are average. View of the upper terrace facing the olive tree gardens and the sea is breathtaking. The outside areas of the villa and the pool are well maintained and a real plus. The villa is situated in a calm neighborhood. Bakery and supermarket as well as restaurants are close (2 mins by car/10 mins walk downhill). Lovely villages are not far away and easily reachable by car.

We stayed in the 2-room apartment with balcony for 12 days. The apartment was very close to the beach and market, was always clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. And we can’t praise George enough. He was an fantastic host. He took care of the apartment every day, and cleaned the pool every morning to make it ready for the guests. He was easy to get in touch with, very polite and service minded, and made our stay beyond expected. We highly recommend George and his property!

From arrival and the drive towards the villa you knew you would be in for a treat, what a location and view for the villa! Just stunning sunsets , tranquil and serenity in stylish accommodation. Nikos is most friendly and very thorough on the villa rules. Warm welcome with local treats and some home baked goods on different morning. Always on hand to help with anything, just great communication from host. The villa is only 5-10mins drive to a very lovely beach with a great strip of restaurants with the perfect holiday vibe, also close enough to travel to kissamos to visit the famous beaches, just the most perfect base for Crete.

The villa is much larger than the pictures make out, it’s very peaceful, it was clean and has been well maintained. Anna’s communication was great from start to finish. A week wasn’t enough I wish we could have stayed longer. We found so many amazing beaches just 15 mins drive with lots of tavernas with great food, I loved this villa so much it was perfect for myself my partner and my two kids. We would definitely recommend to book this villa.

    Clean bright room and bathroom with very comfortable beds. Fridge for cold drinks and also kettle and mugs. The fabulous swimming pool was a highlight kept in immaculate condition by the manager, Stuart. Stuart was incredibly helpful and a source of local knowledge with recommendations for excellent local restaurants, cafes and taxi services. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks again Stuart. We look forward to coming back.

    Absolutely everything! Perfect location within a couple of minutes walk to the beach and town; gorgeous views of the White Mountains and Souda Bay from our balconies; very spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped rooms; a lovely swimming pool area; lovely well-maintained grounds; a kind and very helpful host (Stuart), etc etc. I’ll certainly be returning. Very highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Our nights at Gianna Apts were fantastic. We had a nice apartment on the 2nd floor with a good view on the mountains and a big terrace. The hosts are very friendly. We and our children loved the swimming pool, the good location and the wonderfull breakfast! Thank you for the nice stay!
