The villia was just right for our family 2 adults and 2 children. The Villia was situated in a good location, which was close to the sea and local restaurants. Vito squared and kokopa were great. Vicky, who looked after the villia, was very friendly and helpful. Her beautiful dog was also great company. Lucy liked to say hello. Kids loved that. It was clean and was cleaned a number of times during our stay. The facilities were to a good standard. We even had a new oven fitted whilst their. The pool is not massive, but it did the job. And if you want to use a bigger pool, go to one of the hotels at the sea front. If you play for food/drink, they will allow you to use their facilities . I would recommend and would return

The property was in a nice quiet area at the base of the mountains. Set amongst the trees it was a great place to come back and relax at the end of a day exploring, the pool was a nice bonus too. The staff were all friendly and although we did not have breakfast included the additional cost for breakfast was more than reasonable for the selections and amount received. Margarita was very accommodating and assisted us when we had a change of plans.

Beautiful hotel perched on steep hillside overlooking Ithaca. Colourful quaint rooms with nice balconies, ours with fab sea view, fridge with complimentary mini Prosecco and great air conditioning. Also some villas with pools dotted around. Nice breakfast overlooking sea. Easy ten minute stroll into Agia Effimia for dinner - also fab taverna just outside hotel gates. Need to mention everywhere accessed by VERY steep paths and steps so check where rooms are carefully before booking if any mobility problems as some rooms are closer to main areas.

Place was perfect, it's essentially an apartment, with 2 separate rooms and a kitchen (fully equipped with all you need). Verry clean! Comfortable beds, quiet area and absolutely stunning view. The 2 swimming pools are not big, but very clean! Parking was great. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ, Alexis!

They have thought about everything you would need, especially when you stay with a child. Nice swimming pool. The staff were great and very helpful in everything you would need. Close to the city centre.

outstanding location overlooking the bay. Large garden with swimming pool. Large and bright rooms. Very pleasant and peaceful. The only drawback, the abajour on the bedside tables is missing. Equip yourself with batteries to be able to read a book. 😩
