The location was metres from the beach and restaurants. The villa had all facilities of a home which was perfect for my family. My family loved it! The pool was a bonus and was used daily. Perfect holiday home.

The staff's professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and all of my requests were promptly and efficiently fulfilled. Everything was perfect at the hotel. definitely book it again but not with bookings.com we recommend booking direct I also booked airport taxi with bookings.com to take us to the hotel they did turn up for us so after a long flight we ended up just catching a local taxi at the airport it was actually cheaper then bookings.com but we lost out on our £26 taxi also while we was there it was my husbands 60th birthday that was the main reason for going to such a beautiful hotel and resort I prebooked a VIP boat trip with bookings.com as another surprise with my husband costing £129 it was a rip off wasn't VIP we was on a little boat with 20 other people most was families with young children very disappointed with the itinerary didn't do the things was supposed to although the staff was very understanding and told us next time book directley with them as it would have been half the cost !!! I tried contacting bookings.com and it's impossible so I've emailed them but yet no reply and explanation overall I would book the holiday again but not with this company

Tucked away off the main street but a good location. We had a twin room right at the back of the property, it was on the 1st floor so had stairs to get up to it. But it was a lovely size room with a balcony looking towards the front of the property and the pool. Comfy beds and decent size bathroom. Nice to have hanging facilities on the balcony to hang wet clothes, towels etc. Great pool with plenty of space and sun lounges available. We had a car and managed to park in the laneway next to property. Walking distance to many restaurants and beach, although we used the car and drove to all the different viewpoints and beaches on the island. Great staff, always available to help if we needed. Absolutely loved our stay here.

Magnificent experience at a conveniently located hotel, close to the city and to the sea but away from traffic and noise. It was a perfect choice for us, as we are fond of privacy and quiet environment to relax on our vacation. The hotel is built on a small hill, with respect to the environment and is surrounded by olive trees and gardens. Each villa has its own large pool and a nice secluded garden ensuring privacy and a quiet stay. There is barbecue capability for those that want to cook their own dinner. The villas are fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware, refrigerator, cooking facilities, coffee machine, TVs, hair dryer, iron and even a washing machine. They are thoroughly cleaned daily and staff was very polite, friendly and accommodated all our requests. We visited the restaurant and had cocktails, enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the amazing sea view. The food was excellent, the chef prepares Greek and Mediterranean dishes with a modern touch and an international flavor. We were very pleased by our choice and we will definitely visit again.

    The location is very nice. It is 10 minutes walking to the Tsilivi beach which is very nice for families. The swimming pool was clean and nice. I've seen a technician checking the swimming pool water quality at least once during the week we spent there. They organize activities at the pool every day, but for kids. Some of the staff was nice and tried to help. The room was big and suitable for a family (speaking about the size).

    A very nice hotel with 3 swimming pools about 10 minutes from the beach in Tsilivi. Clean, rooms cleaned every day, very good air conditioning on hot days. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Peaceful, I recommend it for families with children, a separate swimming pool for children.

    The hotel is exceptional! We felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were kind, warm and welcoming. Their service was exceptional. We loved our room with a private swimming pool, and the main pool, along with the bar, was also fantastic.

    We spent 2 weeks here in June & found the Peratzada Team to be warm, friendly & always willing to help. The well planned & equipped apartments, swimming pool & grounds are kept immaculate & the crockery, cutlery and laundry are gleaming. We'd like to give special thanks to the lovely Aphrodite who kept our apartment spotless. Well done Peratzada Team, you're doing a great job.
