Amazing hotel with super friendly staff and excellent service. We loved the restaurants of the hotel, especially Blue Door and Anthos that offer great Greek cuisine. Loved the property, truly spectacular all around family vacation. Large resort with several restaurants, teens club, gym, tennis court, nice beach, pool etc. Everything was clean, fun to drive around in the buggies. Beautiful rooms with big pool. Liked the stylish decor. Haute living a great plus. Views from hotel on Spinalonga are magical. Visit of the island very interesting. Very friendly and extremely accommodating staff.

    The rooms are lovely. The swimming pool is gorgeous and the staff are super friendly. We couldn’t find the hotel in one of the staff came out in her car to find us to take us there. Talk about good Customer Service.

    I loved everything about this property - the location and the view, the warm private swimming pool and the comfortable bed. The jacuzzi bath in the very ample bathroom was also fabulous after a trip to the beach. Everyone I met was friendly and chatty and nothing was a problem. Really highly recommended and excellent value for money.

    very nice hotel with nice surroundings, swimming pool, bar area and restaurant. Each room has a garden and/or balcony and overall rooms are very comfy. Good buffet as well (available for breakfast/lunch and dinner). It is a typical "all inclusive" kind of hotel (neither good nor bad per se - so I will be mentioning it both in + and - sections) and clientele is mainly international.

    We had a spacious room with a good size balcony overlooking the garden. The room was very quiet and the hotel very well located, just opposite the beach and just next to loads of restaurants, shops and bars. The swimming pool was a good size for the number of clients and very clean with a great pool bar and staff. Our room was cleaned everyday.

    Everything about it was great, perfect location right next to the beach, staff were superb & there were loads of bars and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool and bar in the complex was spot on and so we didn't actually need to visit the beach
