We loved everything at this place. The hotel opened just a few days ago, which is why we were some of the first guests. The facilities are brand new and super modern. It felt like a place, that we want to live at. Our room was perfect for us and had a great sea view. The breakfast that was included in our price was just perfect (home made jams for example). What stood out most are the people working there though. Everyone working there was just super kind and helpful. We enjoyed lots of fantastic chats with all the people there and can only highlight their level of service - really exceptional. We would love to come back one day and can only recommend staying at this wonderful place.

I loved the view. Facilities were excellent. Nice touch of food hamper. George was very attentive on arrival. Loved the WhatsApp group for continued communication, even when home.

Daria ( host ) was exceptionally helpful throughout, she met us at the port to take us to the apartment after much communication and helping us to get on a ferry on what was the Greek Easter Sunday ( when ferry services are minimal ) . When we needed to contact an emergency dentist on a saturday we would have struggled without her. The apartment suited our needs exactly and the view from the balcony is lovely with the sunset behind Telendos . A quick dip in the pool after a hot days climbing was lovely.

We loved everything about this hotel. First of all the staff was nice and provided us with everything making us feel so welcome. The breakfast was amazing. We had access to a private beach. Our room had a sea view with a view to the island of telendos. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were decorated beautifully. The WIFI was working perfectly. I would definitely come here again. Thank you again for an amazing time in Kalymnos.

Excellent property with all you need to have a best leisure. Host is polite, supportive providing great hospitality and service. Villa is the best place to stay with family and friends. It’s close to Masouri centre with lots of cafes and restaurants and at the same time it takes 5 min to a sea shore and 15 min to a nearest climbing point.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The suite was amazing. Brand new with a lot of care to the details. Wonderful view from the terrace and a lot of care from the staff and the owner. In 25 of Greece and many luxury accommodations, I can say that it was of the best. We will be back for sure!

    A beautiful old house set in its own grounds swimming pool lots of character doors, wooden floors grand staircase very Italian Brexit breakfast was delicious mostly home-made and helpful and cheerful location set back from the madness of the harbour .

    Third year in a row here for our climbing vacation, great as usual! Close to some iconic climbing crags, nice swimming pool with stunning view to Grande grotta and Telendos island, clean and spacious apartment with big terrace and see view... just perfect!

    I have to say that George and his family and staff are absolutely lovely. They were so hospitable, kind and so very helpful. It felt like we were a part of the family. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. And the swimming pool was great after a hot day touring around.

    Great facilities with a nice swimming pool area with its bar. The rooms have a lot of space and a balcony. We had sea front view which was absolutely great. The staff is also very nice and can speak a variety of languages. Overall very relaxing place to stay in Kalymnos.

    A period mansion with lots of charm Not too far from the town centre. Lovely views of the hills behind town from the balconies and patios. Well equipped comfortable rooms. Welcoming staff. The swimming pool is great . The buffet breakfast is substantial and really enjoyable. We have stayed before and intended to return soon. A nice start to our Month on Kalymnos
