Great location, view as promised, plenty of options in b-fast and dinner, across the road from the beach, spa and treatments were great, they spoiled us with welcome alcohol and the sort, staff was very welcoming friendly and generally amazing (!) including Anastasia from front desk with great recommendations for things to do in the area. Was still chilly for outside pool (not heated) so we did not try it. Had noise issues first night due to teenagers in the hallways and they owned it quickly (front desk moved us + manager spoke with us in the morning and compensated).

The only thing that this apartment has to offer is a swimming pool. Located in the outskirts of the town it would serve as the ideal retreat. However what you see is not what you get. The beds are probably the worst quality beds I have ever slept in in my life, Bathrooms do not even have a shower - only a bath - no shower curtains. No curtains - the sun will come in at 5oclock in the morning and your kids will be up from the AM - together with the roosters. When you arrive you will see Coffee mugs and coffee and sugar - but no spoon, no fork, no knife or cutlery of any kind. Not even a glass to drink water. Not even a bottle of water as a welcome present. My family and I departed 1 day ahead of what we paid. Previously this booking was listed as Serenity Villas - they changed the name so that Booking would allow them to post again. Probably the worst booking in my life - if you want crap then stay here - if you want anything descent then search elsewhere

I would highly recommend this villa. Very clean, enough space - could be easily for 2 families. Pool was top. Not to mention the "private" beach with very clean sea. The hosts Dina&Konstantin were top - nice, friendly, English speaking - when we had one small issue with the pump, they immediately come and fix it. If everything will be according with kids holidays next summer, we would love to return back. If you want to travel around the island you should have a car.

We stayed before high season, when it was not fullt booked so had oportunity to enjoy at most calm and lovely area. Room was spacious, beds superbly comfy, and owner super friendly and helpfull. Hospitality at most :) Overall higly reccomend for everyone :)

We had a comfortable, heartwarming, and lovely stay at Ilion Spa Hotel. The owners are sweethearts and made us feel very welcome and at home here. The triple room fit 3 of us perfectly. The location was great and the rooms were very clean. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edipsos!
