The apartment was wonderful - well equiped, great AC and very clean with daily cleaning provided. The parking garage was very close and comfortable. The pool and the sunbeds outside were great. The area around the apartment is great for those who are looking for a lively space as it is right in the middle of the main tourist area, with lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. A sandy beach is only a minute walk away. The staff / owner were really acommodating and responsive and helped us solve a payment issue as best they could.

Excellent choice for accommodation in Platanias - swimmming pool and the beach acces (with sunbeds for free). I choose for the second time, Platanias, like a point to explore Chania - to visit Phalasarna beach, Limani Stephani, old Rhetimno town, Zorba’s beach, old Chania town, Theriso. Like the first time in Platanias for breakfast, New Planet bar it is an option - 70 m away. I use rent a car from airport - Sunny rent. The hotel have parking available for free. The staff of the hotel was friendly. I recommend warmly this hotel.

The place is in an optimal position, with many services nearby. The apartments were modern and REALLY clean ("you could eat on the floor" clean!). Elena was a very nice person, I can only recommend Kallisakis!

The location is amazing, bang in the centre of Platanias and literally at the beach. Easy taxi drive from Chania as well. The outside facilities, especially the pools, are amazing, well maintained and super clean, and great for kids. The staff was more than lovely, kind and helpful and the room was very clean. We had a lovely stay.

Honestly, words cannot describe how satisfied I am with the accommodation, service, and location. Everything was truly at the highest level, and I wholeheartedly recommend to all my friends that if they ever visit Crete, they should definitely stay at this hotel. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

    We had the pleasure to receive one of the best room the hotel has! - first one in line, sea view! The room (an apartment I may say) was large, 2 big rooms and a bathroom. The sea was few meters away - more than great! The hotel has many swimming pools! The restaurant has a lot of food on each one's taste! (Also gluten free) Great variety! Also the shows they have every evening - were great! Our kids loved the Mini Disco Show 😊

    Very nice apartments and swimming pool. The building is a little rundown especially on the outside. The apartments are by no means luxurious but have everything you need. The building is located on a relatively steep hill. It's about 10 minute walk to the main street of Platanias. So it's not for everyone I suppose. But there are many restaurants on the hill itself. We enjoyed the location because we has a nice sea view. Incredibly good cleaning.

    First of all, the room was great because it had two balconies and throughout the day we could choose where to stay: in the sun or shadow. The room was very spacious, allowing us to move around and the beds comfortable. The swimming pool was a great plus. Maria was so friendly, helping us to check-in a few hours early and giving us all the info we asked for. Thank you for being such a great host and making us feel like home!
