Costa RicaWe enjoyed two nights here, wishing we had stayed three! Was a lot more comfortable than expected to be, considering the circumstances. Hot water and wifi both work perfectly even when the property is without power. At which time you always have the option to charge electronics at the front desk. The on site restaurant has sufficient options for short stays. Staff went above and beyond organizing a birthday cake for my son, tour guides, ect... We also had our 85 year old grandfather with us. Everyone was so happy with the experience! Hotel's location near to Mayan temples is easily walkeable. A must if you plan to visit the archeological site. Stay here! Amazing sleeps in the sound of the jungle.

BelgiumThe two young girls ( Precilia and Yesenia ) and the older man at the reception were suuuuuuper helpful and friendly. Also Lucio, the driver.
The food and drinks were delicious ! One of the best pina coladas i’ve ever had ! Osvin and the rest of the staff were very professional and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Last bust not least, the location is great ! It’s just next to the Tikal national park which allows you to be free and really take your time + explore.

It was a pleasure talking to her - she helped with everything (Nixon is a great guide for any tours!) and even translated in the restaurant.
