The most beautiful boutique hotel just a short walk from the ferry dock. Highly recommend everyone who is travelling to Gili Air to stay here. The outdoor area is beautiful, clean and secluded, the studio appartment was great and spacious, and the staff is so friendly. There are also cute cats there.

Had the BEST time here!! Honestly the best place we stayed throughout our Bali holiday. 10/10 for service, comfort and food. My favorite things were the small touches. They remembered our names, lit candles around the pool at night, had additional services available such as breakfast in the pool etc, left cookies in our room after the turn down service, honesty bar at the pool, small bracelet as we checked in, small personal notes from the staff members on the menu and great breakfast choices!

Best place during our Travel in Indonasia. We really enjoyed. The staff is amazing nad the place is really beachfront . We have travelled with a 2 year old child the place is perfect if you travel with child. Calm place not noisi . Good dive sites nearby. You can change money and rent a bike as well. Lovely, stylish little resort. Huts were well decorated and comfy! Nice small pool with lots of beautiful greenery and flowers! Like a little oasis! So close to the beach, bikes for hire to get around and lots of beach places to eat and drink around. The team were so incredibly helpful and friendly! Made our stay so special! small haven of peace, so beautiful and relaxing that we even decided to extend our stay by two more nights, we just didn’t want to leave. Everything about this place is stunning: the design, the atmosphere, the comfort. It’s a newly opened resort, so all the infrastructure is brand new and super well maintained. You can really feel the care that went into creating this peaceful oasis. The staff is incredibly attentive and kind, always making sure you feel comfortable and at home. And I absolutely have to give a big shout-out to Hera at the reception: Warm, helpful, and always smiling. She truly made our stay extra special. Can’t recommend this place enough — if you’re coming to Gili Air, don’t miss this little paradise!

I cannot describe well enough in words how amazing stay I had in Melmay. It was definitely the nicest experience during my visit of Indonesia. Agung, Dady, Joe and Iwan are extremely helpful, make you feel very welcomed and they make sure you have everything you need. Also they have a cute kitten Koala. :) I felt there like at home and I wish I would not have to leave. There is a nice swimming pool where you can hang out. Breakfast are also very tasty, you can choose to have an omelette or smoothie bowl and during day you can have water, tea and coffee for free. Rooms are nicely decorated, there is silent A/C and you can ask to have the room cleaned every day. Also, it is conveniently located approximately 500 m from beach and turtle spot. There are 4 bungalows in total, so it foes not get too crowded either.

I had the best stay in a long time at the Relax Villa on Gili Air. The room was very clean, the grounds and pool were immaculate, and breakfast was freshly prepared à la minute every morning. The fruit platter was truly fantastic, and we were always able to have breakfast right on our veranda. The staff are super friendly and happy to answer any questions about the island; they anticipated our every wish. I truly felt at home and was very sad when our vacation there came to an end. I can highly recommend the Relax Villa and definitely want to return!

Flow is a top spot. Beautiful, tastefully decorated, equipped with all the luxuries and very clean. The place exudes peace. The houses have a lot of privacy. The open bathroom is nice, with a good shower and provided with wonderfully smelling shampoo and soap. The swimming pool is located in a beautiful garden. Flow is located in the north of Gili Air, the quiet part of the island. The small-scale accommodation is close to a beautiful beach and popular restaurants. Flow serves breakfast and Ayurvedic meals. The owner and staff are amazing.

Young men running the place were kind and friendly- they let us check in several hours early when our boat just arrived - which we appreciative of. Very cute appearance of huts / bungalows. Nice small swimming pool and gardens/ hammocks / outdoor seating.

Absolutely beautiful setting right on the beach where you can snorkel straight from the restaurant. The rooms are lovely, and clean and comfortable. I liked the outdoor bathrooms too. The staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a nice place to relax! Dive shop next door and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The on site restaurant is decent and has good happy hour cocktails. They also rent out bikes so you can easily explore the island. I had a very happy stay here and would happily stay again.

The hotel and the room that we occupied are beautiful, very well decorated! The room had the air conditioning and an outdoor bathroom, as well as a small terrace in front of the swimming pool. A bag, hats and sarongs were available in the room to go to the beach, very thoughtful! The staff was nice and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The location of the hotel in the middle of the island allows an easy access to each side of Gili Air. We had a very pleasant stay!

The hotel is super clean and offers very good facilities. Seems to be higher standard than many places in Gili Air. The staff is great! They even organized a little surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. Thank you once again! The location is perfect, in the middle of everything. The bathroom is very nice and spacious with lots of room for things. The swimming pool is perfect too and the outdoor space in front of each room nice and comfortable.

It truly feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the swimming pool is lovely and clean, the outdoors sitting area is beautiful. The rooms are all equipped with Aircon. It is perfect for a family stay or a group of friends. We were there with our 3 year old daughter and she didn't want to leave (neither did we). The location is also perfect! Noureddine was amazing and provided bicycles and awesome recommendations. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend staying at the Jade Garden!

I like the design of the room, and the outdoor shower. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Room has a fridge. Property has a swimming pool. The staff were very nice and helpful. The best part was having your breakfast by the beach.
