If you’re thinking wether to come or not to Goa Walet, do not hesitate and come. The owner Ozy is an amazing person who built this incredible place. It’s in the middle of the jungle, peaceful and beautiful views, fresh smells. There’s a pool with fresh water, no chlorine. Ozy does an incredible tour to the waterfalls nearby. A remarkable experience. On top of that, his wife cooks homemade tasteful local food. It was definitely an amazing stay. I wish I could stay an extra night.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss-Belcourt Lombok hotel and wanted to share our positive experience with you. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its exceptionally friendly staff. From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, every member of the team went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We appreciated that we were able to check out late. The breakfast at the hotel deserves special mention, as it was not only abundant but also wonderfully diverse. The buffet included local Asian delicacies, as well as Western options and fresh fruits. This variety was a delightful surprise, catering to different tastes and ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool area and small gym, added to the overall appeal. Both were well-maintained and provided a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind. The rooms were not only immaculate but also thoughtfully decorated, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The proximity to the airport was a convenience, and the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a thoughtful touch that enhanced the overall experience. In conclusion, our stay at Swiss-Belcourt Lombok was highly enjoyable, thanks to the exceptional service, excellent breakfast choices, and well-maintained facilities. Great clean room, I was just after 32 hours of travel from Ireland and the staff were so nice. Hot shower comfortable bed, room service and collection straight from the airport. Organised a lift to the port for me with the staff for the next morning. I felt very safe and comfortable.

I did not have to leave! It has everything. Love the 2 pools and the lounge areas. Staff were very friendly, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping. Room service was available and fast. As for the room, bed was super comfortable and pillows were soft. I love that other than acu, there was also a ceiling fan. Interior of the room was lovely, though maybe missing a desk to work on, there was space enough for one. Hot shower came out fast, too. It's a bit far from the nearest beach (18min walk) but you can rent a scooter or avail of their transport service. Every single part of the area seemed well thought of. I also love the fact that it was an Adults only Resort. I don't have anything against kids ✌️ but they can be noisy and bothersome sometimes (running around, complaining, pranking, crying... baby carriages take soace too). Especially when you are on vacation and trying to relax/meditate.

The staff!! Pia and the team were incredibly kind, generous and always available to help us with anything! We loved how quiet and private our bungalow felt and it was always peaceful within the grounds. The bungalow had everything we needed to cook with too.

Very beautiful resort, nice wooden elements, simple but beautiful decorated rooms. Very clean, good AC and fan. Daily cleaning when you ask for it. Pretty garden with very good pool and sun beds. Breakfast options amazing. Location calm in a not too touristy neighbourhood, in walking distance to the main street. Nice stuff. Highly recommended.
