The air conditioning works perfectly, and the showers provide reliable hot water, ensuring a comfortable stay. The resort is ideally located just a short motorcycle ride from the nearby waterfalls. Ozi personally took us there in the morning, allowing us to enjoy the serene beauty before the crowds arrived. His wife’s home-cooked traditional Indonesian meals were a highlight, adding warmth and authenticity to our stay. Evenings at Goa Walet Cottage are exceptionally peaceful, with no passing traffic and no disturbance from calls to prayer, making it the perfect place to unwind. When I needed to find an ATM, Ozi even accompanied me to the nearest village—just one example of his kindness and outstanding hospitality. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with a personal touch, Goa Walet Cottage is an unforgettable choice!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss-Belcourt Lombok hotel and wanted to share our positive experience with you. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its exceptionally friendly staff. From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, every member of the team went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We appreciated that we were able to check out late. The breakfast at the hotel deserves special mention, as it was not only abundant but also wonderfully diverse. The buffet included local Asian delicacies, as well as Western options and fresh fruits. This variety was a delightful surprise, catering to different tastes and ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool area and small gym, added to the overall appeal. Both were well-maintained and provided a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind. The rooms were not only immaculate but also thoughtfully decorated, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The proximity to the airport was a convenience, and the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a thoughtful touch that enhanced the overall experience. The property is an exceptional oasis, quiet, safe. Rooms were clean, comfortable, private and an absolute gem for the money paid. Pool was amazing and even better than the photos. Owner was away, but his lovely staff Hernie was an absolute gem, friendly, always available onsite or by Watsapp, very responsive, just exceptional When asked she helpfully arranged taxi trips to Port, scooter hire, etc. The owner gave us great contact - Tommy for guided surfing which was just 200m down the road. Gurpuk village is awesome, and our house was within 5mins walk of at least 4 really nice very tasty and well priced cafes/restaurants. It was a nice place to hang with our family with some close walkable beaches and we then used scooters to explore other beaches further afield and ride into Kuta 10mins away. Truly amazing experience and would stay again.

The best thing about the accommodation is undoubtedly the staff. Pia, the receptionist, was very attentive and helped us resolve some issues with the driver to the airport. The location is great if you have a motorbike; we rented one at the hotel. The villa was very comfortable and everything was very clean.

The place is beutifull, with decorative and personal touch wherever you look, great swimming pool, full of vegetation, very green. Great vibe in the place - mainly thanx to kylee and wayne. They are simply amazing! Great people who made us feel instantly like home. easy going, generous, helpfull in anything that is needed, information about transportation, places to surf and much more.
