The welcome feeling, and the extra services. Pande Fo supervisor, was more than helpful and kind, and so patient. Mr Emron was always double checking if we loved the food, and open for any kind of feedback, and of cours all the staff where super super kind and helpful.

everything is great. all rooms are facing the sea and spacious. still clean and new. sitting at the pool area is the best. the location is good for the sea view, but not really close to other attraction/city. nevertheless it is also a perfect place for staycation in the room/hotel area all day.

The best, most quality, most relaxing time in Lombok. The hotel staff is very helpful, in contact with each other, there were never any misunderstandings when communicating, everything went smoothly. The villas are luxurious, spacious, wonderfully comfortable and large bed, perfectly working air conditioning, the bathroom / shower area is very spacious, equipped with the most necessary amenities, kimono and other stuff. Private pool - 10/10 - large, clean, extremely pleasant for swimming. The hotel area is well-maintained, palm trees everywhere, a space where you can lie in a hammock and listen to the sound of the sea. The beach by the sea is extremely beautifully arranged, the sun loungers are comfortable, there is an opportunity to order food or drinks right by the sea, you don't have to go anywhere. The hotel restaurant - 10/10 - the food is incredibly delicious, large portions, professional service, friendly, caring staff. We ate the most delicious snacks, drank the most delicious cocktails, and the breakfast won our hearts - a very wide selection (from eggs benedict to their own granola with yogurt and fruit). After our visit to Lombok, we traveled to Gili Trawangan - the hotel organized a private fast boat to the island, we didn't have to travel to the port ourselves, we left from the hotel beach. Everything was unreal, thank you, we recommend everyone to come and experience it.

I loved everything. We stayed for 3 weeks and I wish I had the chance to stay longer. The apartment is spacious and well lit, with all the facilities that you might need. It is located 3 minutes walk from a beautiful intimate beach and 20 mins from Senggigi center. The host is very helpful and the staff really nice and kind. They cleaned everyday and offered laundry service in a really low price. I can’t to have another chance to stay here.
