Staying right by the sea at Rate Relax Bali Dive & SPA was just amazing — the ocean views were absolutely beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready with a smile, and the service all around was excellent. What really made it special were the managers, Justin, his wife and of course their lovely kids — so genuine and welcoming. Absolutely unforgettable.

The hotel is wonderful . Quiet and peaceful . Very clean apartments situated in some distance from one another, which makes it very comfortable. The swimming pool with a stunning view of the ocean. The food in the restaurant very good. My kids were delighted. The staff very nice and helpful. I left the charger in the hotel and they sent it to me to my next hotel. Thank you !

If you are looking for a place to dive, snorkle and/or relax, look no further. This is it. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with lots of different spots to sit and lounge. Every single one of the staff greets you with a sincere smile. I have no idea if there is anything outside the resort because we didn't leave the resort for 3 days, that's how nice it is. There is 1 restaurant. The menu has both Balinese, indonesian as western food so lots to choose from. They have a dive bar which offers everything from intro courses in the pool to expeditions for experienced divers. Right in front of the hotel is a beautiful coral reef. They also have a spa, which offers different packages at very reasonable prices.

We booked Toyabali as our last stop to relax after a month of travel in Indonesia, and, for us, it was idyllic, and self-contained. The hotel is on a large property with immaculately maintained, and every blooming gardens. One of our "villas" had a peek-a-boo ocean view, and all privately nestled in among the foliage. Each villa was large, surrounded by windows, with an outside patio as well as a walled outdoor shower and spa area. The food was incredible and very reasonable: all of us, despite our varied tastes enjoyed it. The snorkeling in front of the hotel was very nice, although warm, (Yes, the affects of Global Warming was evident) with its patches of coral, multitudes of tropical fish, and there was even a sunken ship to view. The infinity pool, that seemed to empty into the sea, was a delightful place to hang out. Finally, the staff was forever efficient and friendly, and so well pampered. Perfect paradise.

Our trip to Tulamben was all about diving, and choosing this villa was definitely the best decision we made. The room was spacious, the pool was amazing, and all the facilities worked perfectly — especially the air conditioning. The view was breathtaking — the ocean on one side and the volcano on the other. Rud and Mai are incredible hosts: Rud is funny, charming, and an experienced diver, while Mai is full of warmth and positive energy that lights up everyone around her. The breakfast was generous and delicious — one of the best we’ve had in Bali. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we’ll definitely come back again.

The best experience with Anie and her team. Luxury on budget! Super clean hotel, with great facilities and lovely staff. They've organised diving for us and both equipment and our dive master was 10/10. I will think twice giving 5 stars to other places again after this experience :) Thanks guys!

It's a bargain for the location. The beach is right at the back of the hotel. We only have to go down a few steps for beach access. Oh by the way, bring your snorkeling gear because the coral garden is just right there. On a plus side, the Liberty Ship Wreck is only a 5-minute walk or you can also snorkle there. The rooms were very clean and private. The swimming pool was also very clean and professionally maintained. The on-site restaurant had really good breakfasts and a big selection for dinner. No need to go in town. I thought the prices were reasonable. The staff were super friendly, and always smiling.

The cleanest hotel I have stayed in Bali. Just wow. Very good Wi-Fi connection and good location. Good clean room, comfy beds, ac working perfectly and nice spacious bathroom. Swimming pool also very good. Lovely rooftop with an amazing view to the volcano and mountains

The family running this place was very welcoming. I think this is a great place for diving and snorkeling. It's right on the beach, and there is a lot to see in the ocean. They also have 2 swimming pools which is great. We had a good time there overall despite the fact that we did not dive.
