All hotel staffs were really kindless with all members from entrance to restaurant.Breakfast was quite good and tastefull.I could reach city center by short walking distance.Gym was donated with many kinds of professional and high quality equipments which may not possible to see on many other hotels. The breakfast provided was lavish will multiple cuisines available. Most of the dishes were prepared as per order and others were also hot. The breakfast was capable of catering to all the tastes, Indian as well as Asian and European / American. The lunch buffet was wonderful too with varied selections. The Mangrove bar was also wonderful with very good selections of drinks and snacks. The rooms were very well equipped, extremely comfortable and neat and clean. As for any Taj facility, the staff was outstanding and there is no single individual to whom we can compliment. The location, while within Mumbai, was peaceful and quiet and we had a soothing view of mangroves from our room. The wellness facility is excellent too and spa treatment was excellent with reasonable charges.

The apartment is HUGE and beautifully decorated. There is sufficient equipment (water purifier, hob, washing machine etc) to allow for a comfortable stay. The owners of the property are absolutely lovely. They provided us with outstanding advice and assistance throughout our stay and even attended at the airport following a late arrival to ensure we got to the apartment safe and well! The area felt safe and there were no issues during our stay.

This Hotel is fantastic. We stayed in five different 5star hotels across India and this one made them all look terrible. The staff here are so kind and welcoming. The food is incredible. The swimming pool and the view to the airport was great. We really wish we could have stayed longer. We will stay there next time we're in Mumbai.

Superb - What previous guests thought, 3,761 reviews
the outdoor terrace of the bar which is free for smokers, small green garden with a very nice swimming pool. I used the service of hairdresser. I stayed 4 nights in 2 different weeks on May. Standard or executive room are excellent. The staff is very professional and welcoming. International airport terminal is at 5mn by shuttle.

Good location for cricket stadium as short walk away, hotel facilities include gym, 2 outdoor swimming pools. Rooms are nice.
