We loved everything! We stopped in Chettinadu to take a break in between places since we had a long drive and it revealed to be one of the nicest moments of the trip if you want to take a break. The staff was simply amazing and available, but also informed on the heritage of the town and the palace. Service was equally great, the gardens, and pool were dreamy, the room was extremely spacious and extra clean. Personally, I loved the little details like finding good quality soaps, moisturizers and coconut oil at your disposal! Both in the morning and afternoon there was free tea and coffee, also the hotel organizes activities during the day, like a cooking class, visits to the town, etc. You really won't get bored!

Nice design solution to break through original physical constraint. Nice lighting throughout. Best accommodation in Chettinad as compared with others in vicinity. Half-board meal are impressive.
