The staff were absolutely incredible and could not have done more to make us feel welcome. They were also extremely knowledgeable about the local area and keen to share this with us. The nature walk was enjoyable and informative and we would really recommend our excellent guide provided by the hotel. Finally when we left we were treated to an added benefit of a close up encounter with an elephant. We really could not have asked for me.

We arrived in the dark and saw the jaw-dropping view from our room (6th floor) in the morning, opening our curtains. It is indescribable and magnificent. We had a big, beautiful and immaculate room, excellent service and great food in the restaurant. All staff was helpfull and kind. Special thanks to the excellent and friendly driver. The surroundings of the resort are beautiful with green tea fields and jungle, waterfalls and all sorts of exotic flowers. Kerala is truly God's own country and The Grand Cliff is a little piece of heaven on earth. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.
