The hotel is a family owned property located in a beautiful riverside setting on a mango farm with lovely grounds. The management and staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They took care to provide less spicy food for us and the food was delicious. Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a balcony looking towards the river. The hotel were very helpful in booking our national park safaris in advance as we could not access the booking site from Ireland. They also organised transport to and from the national parks and our transfers to and from Junagadh. We were given a very interesting tour of the mango farm by Sumeet the farm manager and son of the founder.

Environmentally friendly. Very clean and they use filtered water so we didn’t get sick once drinking tap water. Food was delicious and the kids loved the pool and daily activities. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cosy. Fantastic extra services like tea man coming around to the rooms or night cap hot chocolate for the kids. Extremely close to the safari.

Our stay at Amber Resort was truly unforgettable! The resort is the best in the area, offering a perfect blend of comfort and adventure. A special thanks to Chirag, who was an incredible host and helped us spot amazing wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, and even crocodiles! This place is exceptional. The staff and service really goes out of the way to treat you. The service, the taste the authenticity in swadesh and the assortment at Terra cotta for all inclusive people . The staff always is looking to provide you that extra support and service to make your stay most comfortable. Initially I was hesitant looking at the reviews about service. But I must say it's amazing and opposite to what's in the reviews. The most amazing and comforting service I had... I enjoyed my stay and thank you everyone for making it amazing !

    Beautiful resort hotel with good sized rooms. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Rooms and bedding were very clean and tidy. Enjoyed walking around the site and used the swimming pool which was very nice and peaceful. Enjoyed walking to the river bank and watching the crocodiles across the river on the other bank. Good breakfast. We also ordered lunch when we arrived and the lunch thali was very tasty and nutritious. Very peaceful location. Nice mango trees and lovely gardens.

    Vanveda Gir is a beautiful property in lap of nature. The property manager Ms Nazia and Mr Preet are very helpful. They made the stay very memorable. Vanveda has all the facilities for adults and kids. Indoor n outdoor play area for kids. Nice pool for adults and kids. Ambience is really awesome. Food was mouth watering. All safari booking were done by Vanveda staff which was a great help. Its a must visit place in Gir.

    I loved the ambience of the resort…rustic luxury. Set in beautiful tropical vegetation with meandering walkways connecting guest pavilions, dining room/patio, reception, and swimming pool. My room was beautifully maintained with all modern amenities. Management and staff were friendly and helpful, efficiently arranging my safari and my onward car to the Rajkot airport. Short drive to the national park lion safari entrance.
