-This is referred to by locals as 'the best hotel in town'. -Room size was excellent. -Location is as good as it gets. -Parking right outside the front of the hotel. -Staff were excellent, friendly and professional. They went the extra mile for us, thoroughly recommend. -The facilities were great. (note its normal in ski resorts across Europe that these are charged extra; I didn't realise this, but this is the same everywhere)

I have been there with my wife and a kid during summertime. Location is very nice, just close the chairlift to Punta Jolanda, which is an amazing place to visit. The hotel has also an available parking for free, just around the corner. Room and SPA was great, clean, comfortable and simply amazing, a real lovely place where to spend time with partner and/or family. Hotel has also a great restaurante for the dinner, which was full of local specialities, and the included breakfast was awesome as well. Annamaria was a great host, I recommend everybody to spend some time there and visit Gressoney.

We stayed with our dog for one night during a multi-day hike, and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at in the area. The rooms are stunning, with two levels (duplex), and pets are welcome — for an extra fee, but they get a nice bed, bowls, and treats. The breakfast had an incredible array of buffet options, as well as some "a la carte" dishes which were incredible (I still remember the french toast in particular). More importantly, the staff is super helpful — we needed a taxi on our departure day to avoid an extra long hike, and since no taxis were available until the afternoon, they made an exception and drove us to our destination in their private shuttle car. We'll definitely be staying there again, and hopefully for more than just one day to make the most of the amazing spa, indoor swimming pool, and to try the indoor rock climbing center!

Everything: - first thing the staff, Probably one of the best staff in the hotels I have stayed in. Constantly attentive, saying hello to all customers, always smiling from receptions to the chef. Excellent! -rooms- clean, cozy, warm, perfect - facilities the spa is great, and the bar is a great place to spend your evenings around the fire

The location was perfect and the landlord was helpful organizing the arrival and departure transportation. Speaking of the landlord, the experience would not have been as wonderful had it not been for the wonderful staff. Amazing food, great company and beautiful scenery. The perfect getaway location.
