We loved everything about our stay at Il Sogno Umbro. The rooms and surroundings are incredibly cozy and inviting, and the location is so close to Orvieto that it's an easy walk into town. But the icing on the cake is the host and his family. Carlo delivers a personal service that's above and beyond anything you can expect - he does it all with a smile and a kindness that makes you feel so welcome and relaxed. Beautiful apartment close to many amazing restaurants and sights. This apartment is literally a stone's throw away from the escalators that go down to paid parking (so handy - we couldn't believe how close by we were, which was great). A short walk to the Duomo, shopping, and many amazing restaurants. Loved the Bluetooth in the room - a great touch. Lots of water, coffee, tea, and breakfast snacks are provided in the room as well.

The accommodation was a little house on the side of a hill with great views of Orvieto and the countryside. The house had good food supplies, and they provided a special dessert for us. The rooms were comfortable. They can also arrange a hot tub. The surrounding countryside is good for walking, with views of Orvieto in the distance. There is a safe grass area for playing with small children. The staff were very helpful. We felt it was a beautiful location to see this part of Italy.

A little haven of peace! We stayed for two nights for work, and everything was perfect for a peaceful stay. Eleonora and her family gave us a wonderful welcome! We received lovely gifts: biscuits from the village bakery, fresh eggs, and homemade jam. 😍😍 Thank you so much!

The apartment is in a castle, above the main entrance and it is contained but has everything you need, including quite a large (hidden) kitchen. The lift to the second floor is a strange commodity to have in castle but it is very convenient. The lady who came to meet us was not only amiable in showing us to our apartment but also gave us some information on the whereabouts of other amenities. The fact that you can walk in the castle grounds is a huge bonus!

    This Apartment is special place, you shouldn't miss traveling Toscana. Owner Dante is really nice person. The apartment/house is from 15th century and it's renovated old church. There is beautiful garden with olive trees, citruses and you can relax in many garden lounges or use the pool. Breakfast is in the city in one Caffé, you get croissant, cappuccino and water. Thank you!

    Great location, extremely nice accommodation between olive trees. Refreshing yet simple swimming pool with a lot of privacy. The house was nice with all comfort needed. Only the beds were not top. Ideal spot to explore Lazio and South Umbria.

    The location was good for exploring Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena, Orvieto, Marta and all the other beautiful towns around. The swimming pool and hammock were a bonus. There is only one studio so no-one else is around. Leonardo is a great host. The bed is on a mezzanine so quite romantic abcs if you like lilac colour then you will love this place, cute and quaint
