Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.

The hotel is very clean, room and bathroom were absolutely spotless. I loved the complementary apples in the room. Breakfast was... amazing. Sweet and savory, everything that you might want and in good quantity, we went around 9-9:30 and it was full. Good coffee, juices.

    we stayed in the apartment so that we could also use the kitchen. it had everything one needs, coffee pot, all the pans and pots and a fridge and a dishwasher! we had enough space for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. parking is possible outside or inside with extra payment. use of swimming pool, saunas, gym and playroom is free of charge, in the afternoons the playroom has a teacher and one can leave the children there from the age of 3. for us nothing was missing in the hotel/apartment.
