it is a piece of heaven: calm, peaceful, with a beautiful aromatic garden, a great pool and jacuzzi, where everyone has enough privacy to relax and enjoy. Everything is freshly renovated, clean. The staff is adorable, generous, always there to help with every wish. The restaurant has a great card in case you eat in the hotel.

Firstly on the outside you can see a hotel (castle) and gorgeous garden, views beautiful. on the side is apartment house (truli) if you can afford it it’s probably the best Puglian experience. the hosts (couple) is very friendly and immediately they made us coffee and served cakes. the rooms are like living in a dream, nice, retro, detailed and just so lovely. Breakfast was delicious. I’m traveling a lot my whole life (200 days a year) and this was probably the nicest experience.

Wonderful place, with amazing view. Very friendly and helpful hostess prepared a delicious breakfast for us in the morning. Very beautiful area away from noise and heat. Many trees create a cozy and private atmosphere. We loved this place and will be back again!

Il Gabellota is a large and beautiful place, tranquil and full of trees and lovely corners in which to relax. Easy access and parking. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. We stayed in 2 trulli which was a real experience! The combination of the original stonework and arched ceilings, and the modern facilities, was lovely. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette. Breakfast was great.

    The apartment and its surroundings are quite spacious. It is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including kitchenware, basic condiments, cleaning products and more. The swimming pool provided an excellent and tranquil setting for relaxation.

    This is a great hotel with really lovely helpful staff. The grounds are beautiful & the area around the swimming pool is very relaxing. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. It was let down by the on-site restaurant being closed as it is in a very rural location.

    Interesting location - away from the main routes. Nice and quiet. Don't even try to get there without a car. A good starting point for exploring the surrounding area (Ostuni, Locorotondo, Alberobello, etc.). On site there is a really elegant villa, swimming pool, jacuzzi. Apartments with kitchen are nice, clean and well-equipped. Nice service.

    The trulli on this farm have been restored so beautifully. Every effort has been made to maintain a sense of authenticity and this has been beautifully balanced with a feel of understated luxury. The grounds are beautiful, as is the swimming pool and the outdoor dining area. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and only too happy to help.  The breakfast was delicious as was the set dinner menu we ate the one evening.

    The staff was always smiling and available at any moment of the day, proactively asking if we needed anything (fruits, drinks,..). They offered to make specific dishes not on the menu if we wanted. They also allowed us to do a late checkout. The swimming pool was really great with a jacuzzi on top of it. The garden is extraordinary!

    The place is marvelous, sleeping in a trullo was an awesome experience. The place is very well maintained, swimming pool was excellent. Lucia and Alessandro are the best hosts, they upgraded our room for free. I would recommend it 100%
