As it was the month of Ramadan, I was fasting and couldn't have breakfast. However, the fact that there is a market available 24/7 in the facility is excellent. Everything is easily accessible, from restaurants and shopping malls to a spa and clinic. The facility is superbly designed, and every detail is carefully thought out. I have been staying in APA hotels since arriving in Japan, and it has been incredibly comfortable. The staff is very well trained and always ready to assist you. The facility's location is perfect, making it an ideal spot to stay for both a holiday and a business trip.

The hotel was in a really beautiful part of Chiba Prefecture, only a 30 minute train journey from Tokyo Station and about an hour from both Shibuya and Ikebukuro. The rooms were small but comfortable, and the staff were some of the kindest I ever met!

The facilities are excellent and complete. The location is near Tokyo Disneyland and they provide shuttle to the Maihama Station/Disneyland. There is also a limo bus service to Haneda Airport. The beds are very comfortable and the size of the rooms are spacious, just what a family on vacation need.

Location was just a bus/Disney rail ride away from Disneyland/Sea. Rooms were clean & tidy with ample supplies. Hotel itself is equipped with a Disney Store which u can do your last min shopping there. Overall, pleasant.
