Blown away by the size of the room and the astounding views from the room. I can only compare it to one of the high end suites you find for 5x the price of a regular room. Definitely will be staying here again in the future. Breakfast was one of the best hotel inclusive breakfasts I've had in Japan. The staff went above and beyond to provide assistance with anything needed and even dropped me off at the train station after my stay. The beds were super comfortable too!

The staff was great and the location was beautiful. The huge bathtub was the best and our cottage was spacious.

A beautiful spa resort with wonderful indoor and outdoor public baths. Many public areas to relax, and games rooms and table tennis tables. Nice view from our room. Nice choice of foods, Japanese and Western, served buffet style. We had a very spacious room, with a living area and huge bed.

The staff are nice. One of the staff use voice translator to communicate. When we bought the tickets of Izu Cactus Park, that staff tell us the hotel had provided the car service to there spontaneously. Discounted tickets of the Cactus Park. (-¥200) Various no-paid entertainment e.g. snooker, board games and paid entertainment.
