I liked the property because it is accessible and that it is near a mall. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable overall. The dining area is very nice and offers a view of Nairobi. Security is good which added to the safety I felt staying in the city. Good breakfast.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family. This apartment block is 2 years old and is running super smoothly. aAll the staff are exceptionally helpful and do their very best to accommodate any wish. Security is tight but not officious, the gym is well equipped and the pool is heated. The apartment was very spacious with a reasonable sized balcony and great views of the GTC building opposite. A very comfortable bed and pillows. Sheets and towels changed every other day and cleaning 6 days a week. Perfect for a longer stay such as mine. Kitchen well fitted and fully equipped and bathrooms nice too. Really impossible to find fault especially with the shopping mall below for convenience. I very rarely give a 10 but this place definitely ticks all the boxes

From the moment we were at the gate of the hotel, the staff greeted us with a lovely warm welcome, plenty of information and such warmth. We were accomodated with any request we had and with top class customer service. Our room offered spectacular views over Nairobi, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool and gym facilities were spotless and very inviting. Our lunch was so delicious and all of the staff were so lovely. Siphrah who looked after us for dinner and cocktails was so lovely and engaging and was the best host. The best latte macchiato in Kenya was had two days in a row. The takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight was the best offering we have ever had - and packaged so nicely!! Highly recommend for any stays in Nairobi.

    Beautiful Apartment set in an ideal location with great staff and lots of options for food and leisure Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff who were extremely accommodating, so much so that we are already planning our next stay We had an apartment on the 8th floor so the sound from the nightclub didn’t bother us at all as it’s only an issue on the higher floors Luxury heated outdoor swimming pool plus a filled equipped gym with a steam and sauna meant that everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available 🙏🏽

    A beautiful environment in a very safe location. Staff looked after me well and met any requests. Excellent breakfast which I took late due to a medical appointment but staff were very happy to work around my needs. There is a small swimming pool which I didn't have time to use but looked lovely. My room was great - well appointed with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I had access to a lovely big living room, dining room and outdoor area. Friends are welcome to visit and enjoy the space with you.

Busy but central location: easy to get Ubers and seemed reasonably safe to walk around during the day. Shopping centre next door which can be accessed without leaving the secure area.     Our one bedroom apartment was tastefully furnished and had views of the outdoor swimming pool. It was kept clean and tidy daily by the housekeeping service, which makes a big difference when travelling with children. The staff were pleasant and always happy to help. I also liked its proximity to the shopping mall, which bordered the hotel.
