I lost my things at subway , and me and my family don’t know what to do , so we ask one off the hotel staff member for help, he was very kind! He called all the subway station we might lost out things at. Even though, we didn’t find our things :( But I’m really thankful for all the things he had done for us! Me and my family would love to come to this hotel again! :)

The venue is very new and extremely clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful.The gym is huge, very clean, with a nice view, water and towels, new Tahnogym machinery. The pool is a super plus. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

staff was so friendly and always helpful. hotel has entrance to the mall and department store and lotte world and jamsil subway station. theres also a 7/11 on the 2nd floor. when i was checking out they sent me an email informing me i left a charger in my room and i was able to get it back.

I loved the stuff at the hotel, it was nice that I could communicate in English. Also the cleanliness of the hotel and room was way above mt expectations for this price. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a luxurious stay for good money.

Noiseless, helpful and nice staff. The entire stay was pleasant and comfortable, so much so that I extended my stay in Korea by two weeks. Perfect location and convenient additional services, e.g. massage. I felt like at home. Thank you!
