NetherlandsThis place is run by one of the most hospitality friendly guy we ever met, his name is Wadu.....and he takes care of everything. You can ask him every question you have and he sort it out for you. The hotel is very clean and has a nice pool to cool of after a hot day. Also you can pay with several cards and need no piles of cash for you stay. The only minor thing is that the location is a bit far from the center but every evening they provide a free ride to the center and back to the hotel. We can stronly reconmend this place in Pakse.

The property looks nice in photographs and is of traditional French Colonial style. The rooms are large, but basic. The swimming pool was clean, but tatty and needed repairs, as did other aspects of the property such as broken flower pots, broken and insecure towel hangers. The cat who lives on the property provided the best customer service and is the saving grace of that place. She was lovely and friendly.

Good swimming pool and garden. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was pretty good- particularly the coffee. On the edge of town but provided free transport and pick- up to restaraunts ( recommendations were good)

Excellent small hotel near the Pakse Night Market. The room was spacious and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a blessing during hot Laos days.

Cozy and charming accomodation with a nice swimming pool. The host was also very kind and helpful. The free transport to the restaurant was also a big plus.

Everything was perfect.
At the front desk Laa (not sure about the spelling of her name) was really kind, professional and helpful.
Room was pretty, clean and comfortable.
Swimming pool was very nice and clean.
Breakfast had a lot of choices.
Hotel is 10 minutes walking from the city centre but the hotel can book a tuktuk for you for 30-40000 kip one way, to the airport 70000 kip one way and to the big buddha with the temple on the top of the mountain 200000 kip round trip with time to take pictures, do not miss it !
