My stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff truly made me feel like a VIP, always friendly, prompt, and ready to assist with any request. My room was immaculate, with a cozy, comfortable vibe and reliable air conditioning that kept things perfectly cool. The pool was a highlight—beautifully maintained and a perfect spot to unwind. Dining here was a treat, especially the seafood, which was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. I was so impressed that I couldn’t resist extending my stay! If you're looking for a place to relax and be completely pampered, I can’t recommend this resort enough.

This is the perfect place to start or finish your trip to Sri Lanka. Hiru Lagoon sits right on the lagoon and you wake up to the most beautiful sunrise. The room is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is a great pool that looks out directly into the water. We were the first to try the newly purchased kayak and had fun paddling round the lagoon. We were also fortunate enough to be taken for a boat ride round the lagoon at sunset which was spectacular. Included breakfast was plentiful and delicious and we got to try something different every day. We also decided to stay in for dinner each night and it was an amazing introduction to Sri Lankan food. We left relaxed and cared for.

This is a small, family run accommodation. The host were great, very welcoming. The food was great, they took a lot of time preparing a feast for us. It’s very close to the airport, 15 mins by car, but heard very few planes. It’s very peaceful next to the river. The rooms are basic but comfortable, perfect for one night

I had a wonderful stay at the villa! The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The swimming pool was great – perfect for relaxing. The house is ín a beautiful garden. It is totaly peaceful.At the end of the garden there is the sea. The swimming pool is clear and great, but the best of all was the staff. They are very friendly, smiley and they made the best breakfasts for is.

We booked the whole hotel, all 4 rooms. So we had a lot of privacy and the swimming pool to ourselves. The pool is large and incredibly clean. The owner Damith (Dani) is very friendly and Pobudu cooks very tasty and delicious food. We ate breakfasts and late lunches in the accommodation. The location suited us, as we have visited Sri Lanka 3 times in the past... The sea/ocean is not suitable for swimming but that's okay, there is a large swimming pool.

located right on the beach, has an extremely clean swimming pool! My room was spacious and the hosts could not have more accommodating, will make whatever kind of food you prefer whether western or Sri Lankan. If you stay there is a local boat tour of the lagoon that is very interesting!
