At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

I have visited this villa on 31st of January.I'm happy to say that this hotel give us a good experience and prices are very fair.The location is very near to the town and easy to find.Also rooms are comfortable and very clean.also they have very big garden and it fill up with calming vibe.They provide us a very good breakfast.Specially I wanted to thanks to the hotel staff. The staff was really kind (especially with our kid). The room was nice and clean. It was close to the beach and there are a lot of restaurants and a Cargill supermarket close to it. The staff helped us to organize our transfer to Willpattu. We enjoyed the roof pool. The breakfast was exceptional.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved spending time on the rooftop — the pool and the view were absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect from start to finish. A big thank you to Tilini for her quick responses and great recommendations, which made our trip so easy to organize. The beach was just a short walk away, with plenty of nice restaurants around. The supermarket right next to the apartment was super convenient too. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
