We absolutely loved this place! Everything was perfect—from the cleanliness and great location to the beautiful pool and delicious food. We also appreciated the flexibility to enjoy our own food along with the food we ordered (perfect solution for kids) when we wanted. Milo is a fantastic host—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A real gem!

The location of the property is stunning. So private and incredible views. It was also very well kept and tidy. There were plenty of sun loungers and a great BBQ set up with outdoor tables and chairs. The pool was perfect. Clean and refreshing.

We have stayed in many many places via Booking, but this was by far the most wonderful experience. We wanted to stay near the Orahovstica valley (a beautiful valley with a river, swimming areas and zero tourists) and chose this place. The hosts were one of the nicest people we have met. They really love this place and if they are at the property and if they have the time, they will love to show you around, give you tips about your travel and even show you their wine cellar and invite you for a drink or a bite to eat. They even had the time to pick us up near the Skadar lake on the day of the arrival (we were backpacking). The feeling of being welcomed in such a nice way really makes you appreciate your stay. ## Location An old traditional village on the slopes of Orahovstica valley. Calm, full of nature and remote - just what we were looking for. Note that there are no stores and restaurants nearby (10 min away by car). So come equipped if you are backpacking like us. The Orahovstica river and a really nice place to swim under an old bridge is about 25 min walk through a nice path in the forest. The path is well maintained and since it is covered with trees, you can use it also when the sun is high during summer. We went there every day during our 4 day stay. Many other hiking paths are also nearby. ## Apartment A new place, equipped in a traditional way with everything you need. This makes you feel both as if you are in an old traditional village (which you are) - but with a comfort of a modern home. The terrace was the place we have spent the most time at, feasting on the fig tree branches 1 meter away. Wonderful! :) Thank you for everything!

I loved absolutely everything! The hosts are attentive and ready to make you feel at home. Iva, the daughter, is a brilliant young girl who showed me what I can do in the area and even arranged a kayak and a shared boat tour on Lake Skadar (perfect for solo travellers). They will also prepare you delicious food upon request! The apartment is just amazing, has everything you need for your stay, and the pool is an awesome addition, especially in hot Montenegrin days. This was one of the best stays in my life, and I will definitely return! Thank you ♡♡♡

This was our second time staying at Dembelija Rooms, and we really enjoyed it. The host is very nice and helpful, the rooms are big and the view and location is one of the best in Crmnica! 😁

Modern, nice place and friendly stuff

Very modern hotel with a very good breakfast, the room was very spacy with a good view, very polite personel. We enjoyed it and will come back for a longer stay.
