Loved everything about this place. The staff was wounderfull, super sweet, extremely helpfull and nothing but great. The hotell only have three rooms making it possible for the staff/owners to give their clients extra attention, which they really did. Good, comfortable beds, probably the best sunset in Nosy Be, great place if you also want to stay in as it is possible to order takeaway. Loved the ambiance and suggastions that the owners Mitch and Sandra gave. Adored both Adrien and Ursula who were so attentive to our needs.

The rooms are modern, clean and have aircons. The lower level rooms open into the pool and the upper level rooms have a beautiful view of the sea. The food at Swisscocobeach was delicious with new options every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful - Samia in particular is a delightful person. The staff went completely out of their way to assist us in finding my father's passport which was lost at the airport. We really appreciate the effort that everyone made to make our stay memorable. Swisscocobeach is located on a quiet beach with an incredible sunset view. I would easily stay here again. Highly recommended.

The owners were exceptional people - good hosts, very attentive. No scamming and very clear on how the stay works and what you should see. We have had really poor experiences in Nosy Be with hotels, however this one saved the day. Clean pool, modern rooms, AC, decent breakfast, fast wifi and attentive hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

Me and my family (10 total) have just come back from staying at Tiako Villas for 12 nights, and we had an absolutely fantastic time. We rented a 2-bedroom & 3-bedroom villa, both were very large and spacious. Each room is huge, with a giant bed, aircon and en-suite bathroom. Every villa has a good sized private pool, with plenty of room around the pool and villa for chairs/sunbeds. The staff on site were amazing, very friendly and helpful. You can pay to have a housekeeper per villa each day for €10, which we did for both villas. They prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, do any laundry that's needed and keep the villa clean. Unbelievable value, and they were just wonderful. Food was delicious, and both were very friendly (especially Voula) and we had a laugh at times trying to communicate through Google translate. Madagascar is very much a French speaking Island, but with technology these days, its no problem. You can book tours through Tiako Villas, and they use two brothers (Michael and John) who speak great English, and were fantastic guides. Lastly, just want to say what a great job Laurent did organising everything to the lead up of our holiday. Everything ran very smoothly, from the airport pick-up/drop-off to the 6 excursions we booked.

The territory of the villa is guarded, cleaning is carried out qualitatively, and the manager is always ready to promptly solve any questions or problems. For an additional fee, the staff can offer a delicious breakfast and laundry services. In general, the impressions of staying at the villa are extremely positive.

This is one of the loveliest hotels we have ever stayed in - we were fortunate enough to have the whole place to ourselves, which really added to the magic and tranquility. Gerard, the GM, was very attentive but not over bearing. We didn’t realise quite how in Lokobe Nature Reserve it was. We saw a sportive lemur on our first night in the hotel grounds and the common black lemur the next day. Completely wild; not fed by the staff. The infinity pool over looking the jungle/sea is so special. The hotel felt wild and in nature but at the same time super clean and welcoming. The food was delicious, one or two options only but every meal we had was delicious and very good value. Simple breakfast but was enough for us. Really just a fantastic stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff was very helpful to help me understand how to travel to Diego while there were two bridges caput. Very complicated, but they offered reliable information. The location is good: the airline office is next door (too bad the only flights are to Tana). You can also buy drinks and yogurt across the street. There was no problem with electrical power unlike at the other locations I stayed on the island. I also like the art-decor and clean pool.
