Wonderful resort with carefully mantained garden. Wide beach with white sand and clear water, perfect for swimming or snokeling. Nice swimming pools, not very crowded. Great all inclusive package- large variety of dishes, different every day and a good variety of drinks. We appreciated the sunset beach party - it would have been nice to have more of them, lasting latter in the evening. Professional band playing in the evening at the main swimming pool and interesting shows. The furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated, but it does not spoil the overall feeling of well-being.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, really nice restaurants. The gardens are beautiful, the room is big, though little too dark. We had amazing days there. You have also the possibilities to do snorkeling, stand up paddle and other kind of stuffs. The spa is also great. Check in process could bet a little bit faster.

The stay was comfortable and the parties were really enjoyable. However, we expected better cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms where there were unpleasant odors. It was also disappointing that there was no coffee machine in the room, considering it’s a five-star resort. The air conditioning didn’t work well, especially at night, which affected our sleep

This place is an absolute gem! Stunningly decorated, garden and grounds are an oasis of tranquility, chalets have everything you could need. Staff are incredibly friendly, the chef is excellent and was able to deal with our dietary requests. Comfortable, clean, good value for money.

We love it.. it was an awesome stay.. wowwww great staff at the reception, at the restaurant as well as the gardeners... we felt very at ease..the view is exceptional.. had an awesome cocktail occasionnally for Valentine's day.. it was breathtaking at night for dinner..the set up was just fabulous... there's a lot to say but we need to go and live the moment to really see the beauty and peacefulness of Chalets Chamarel.. will come back again for sure... thanks for everything..keep it up..you guys are doing a great job 💚

    Excellent Kids friendly resort. Staff is amazing. They are everywhere to assist you. clean property good food as well. we took the half board with breakfast and dinner and it was super amazing. Halal food. Kids cluc Tam Tam is amazing as well. Good swimming pools, enjoyable 1 min walk to the beach. If you want to stay in Bel Ombre, this is the place.

    We absolutely loved this resort! Three massive swimming pools to select from, two restaurants, a burger truck and ice cream parlour. The rooms were very spacious, with easy access to the beach. The staff was very friendly and very quick to respond to our requests. The resort has plenty of activities.

    Very beautiful resort with 3 large swimming pools and a large beach. The service is amazing they were very friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely we enjoyed it. I will be coming again soon

    We enjoyed our stay, we had a great view on one of the swimming pools. The staff was very helpful, when we checked in our room was freshly painted, therefore we asked to give us another room which was arranged fast.

    Amazing stay! We really enjoyed the vibe and style, as well as variety of sport and wellness activities, especially SPA, sunset yoga and tennis courts. Delicious, varied colorful local food in the hotel canteen. Swimming pool next to the bar full of activities and music, meanwhile the second one was always calm and good place to relax. Very helpful reception desk! (airport shuttle, car rental, picnic box etc.) Very good location, close to the most important tourist attractions
