The hosts are amazing! very friendly and really going the extra mile to make you feel very welcome - definitely try the homemade margarita! the rooms are beautifully decorated, there are hammocks and a clean swimming pool! a huge advantage are the bicycles which you can use for free to visit Bacalar

It is a very beautiful, small boutique hotel. Location is very good, next to center and laguna access. It has beautiful pool and garden. Very well maintained. Service is very helpfull, we used their help in few emergency situations and we can say they saved a day:) If you want sailing trips book it with hotel, as private operator are really not reliable. you can as well send whatsapp message to hotel so they order you a cab if you go somewhere far and cant get one to go back. there is not too much himidity in the rooms, no mold etc. As my husband had breathing problems in previous hotel it was important for us , and in this hotel it is all good if someone has allergic issues :) owner is always there , always happy to ask how you are. We find this place as excellent to stay. For sure we would like to come back.

It's very peaceful, each room has enough privacy so you don't feel like you're constantly bumping into other tourists. They also do morning yoga classes, which was great to start the day.
