The service is excellent. The management and staff were amazing. The drinks by Dorris was the best I’ve ever had. The hotel was so good, I didn’t have any faults. I was very sad to leave as we had the best vacation. I’ll definitely come back.

Arenas del Mar Condos is a wonderful place to stay, it has everything needed to rest and relax. The kitchen has many utensils to cook. The bed is very comfortable, I loved the restroom. The patio is a nice place to relax. Sofas are very comfortable too. It's very close to the beach which we loved! It's easy to find a place to have breakfast and dinner and there are minimarkets around. Staff is super nice and always willing to help.

The cabins were amazing and really comfortable! They are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed is comfy and the net does protect you from any mosquitoes which might have gotten into the room, although I didn’t see any inside (there were many outside, but repellent kept them at bay). The staff was friendly and ready to help, and they lent us beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The pool was slightly cold, but still quite pleasant and clean! The Wi-Fi works perfectly well for working remotely, and there are sufficient power outlets inside and outside the cabins. On the TV there is Netflix and other streaming platforms. There is also a temazcal (traditional sauna) which works on scheduled days and can seat large groups. There is no kitchen inside the cabins, but there is a fridge to keep food fresh, and there is a shared kitchenette with an electric stove, near the site’s entrance, and the staff can lend you a pan to cook a quick meal. Hot coffee is prepared and served for free twice a day. There is sufficient, safe, and convenient parking space for all guests, and the staff lends you a little trolley so your luggage can be carried around easily to your cabin without getting soiled with sand. I would definitely recommend it to any traveller, and I will surely come back with my family one day! The property has one pet-friendly cabin only, so if you are coming with your pet it’s worth booking and letting them know in advance.

Puerta Del Cielo is a hidden gem that truly deserves five stars. My recent stay left me thoroughly impressed and utterly relaxed. From the moment I arrived, the owners warm and attentive hospitality made me feel like royalty. They were always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that my experience was stress-free and enjoyable. The location of Puerta Del Cielo is nothing short of breathtaking. Perched along the pristine coastline, the views of the ocean were absolutely mesmerizing. Watching the sunset from the private terrace was a daily highlight, and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a soothing lullaby every night. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a touch of elegance to the entire experience. The villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. The pool area was a wonderful place to unwind and soak up the sun with an amazing view of the ocean. Puerta Del Cielo exceeded all my expectations. It's a paradise where you can disconnect, rejuvenate, and appreciate the natural beauty of the Yucatan Peninsula.     This was absolutely the best place we stayed in during our trip to Yucatan. The apartment looks amazing and the equipment is great. There is everything you need. The pool area is great and there is a nice beach right in front of the building. The owner is very helpfull. Plus Chelem is a really nice place to visit.

    Beautiful spot on the beach with easy walking to shops and restaurants. Lovely breeze off the ocean. Apartment was comfortably furnished with everything you need. A great balcony and pool too. Owner Muriel was always available to help out when needed.

    Murial, was a wonderful and very helpful host. The 2 bedroom apartment was very nice, clean, modern and quiet. The beach is very nice and beautiful. The pool is nice. The entire experience was perfect. Would strongly recommend yjis place. Chelem is safe and a wonderful place. It's not the busy hustle of other places.

    Very much enjoyed the house and its location on the beach. The house is modern, clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The garden is beautiful and relaxing and the pool was lovely. Felt very comfortable and really enjoyed it. The owner (Muriel) was also helpful and responsive. Thank you!
