Friendly and accommodating staff. There was an issue with the booking dates upon email confirmation and staff assisted to resolve the issue. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop has a small pool and nice lounge area to hang out. Excellent location right on the bayside. Near to restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and street food vendors. Staff offered to hold our luggage for us after checkout if we wished to tour the city for the rest of the afternoon.

this was the best hotel room I had during my trip on Yucatan Peninsula! - spacious, clean room with a very comfortable bed - I liked the terrace with the pool on the rooftop - check-out was at 1pm only - they had a hotel parking lot, very convenient - it is centrally located right in town

We enjoyed the location and view. The room was simply furnished. The beds were comfortable. The shower was nice. Good airconditioning. Acceptable wifi. A couple of nice restaurants nearby. It was very easy to get downtown, a nice walk or a 30 pesos taxi ride ($2.30 Canadian). I'd definitely recommend it.

    The hotel is quite new with a modern reception, meeting rooms, swimming pool, gym and restaurant are on the roof with the best view of the city and Caribbean Sea. The room was lovely and comfortable. They offer an excellent buffet breakfast in the lovely restaurant downstairs. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help you. In the centre of town so close to everything and a 5 minute walk to the water taxi terminal and evening foreshore market and activities! They offer a free shuttle to the airport.

    We had a great stay at the Hotel Lagoon. The hotel is really beautiful and private with a nice swimming pool. It also faces a lagoon that's really nice to look at. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. It's also conveniently close to the Belizean border.

    Clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast buffet was always delicious and ready early. Easy quick walk to the Mall across the parking lot, Burger King or McDonalds. It was nice having the swimming pool the kids enjoyed that. We spent 2 nights to celebrate my grand daughter's birthday.
